The Trans BC - 3 day event is where you will join for the last 3 days of the 6 day event. For 2026 this would be: Kaslo & Nelson

SCHEDULE:

• Sep 17:

  • Registration 9.00am'ish in Kaslo at the start location

  • Race Kaslo then drive to Nelson

• Sep 18:

  • Race​ Nelson

• Sep 19:

  • Race Nelson

  • Dinner for everyone (including Self Support). Awards after dinner. (*Accommodation included for all inclusive riders for this night as well)

COURSE:

​

• It is blind racing so the actual course and exact locations aren't disclosed until the event

• You should be a solid single black skilled rider and be ready to dabble into some double black sections and have a solid fitness to get the most out of this event and enjoy it

• For the most part the trails are truly just super fun but there will be sections of steeper pitches and tech terrain that will keep all riders on their toes and to challenge everyone!

• Expect approx 20-35km each day with approx 1000-1500m of climbing. This might seem not bad, but the terrain is slow moving on the climbs and riders are out there for 5-6 hours each day including many stops and food station breaks!

ALL INCLUSIVE - WHAT'S INCLUDED:

• Everything above plus:

• 3 nights accommodation in hotels (twin share rooms - eg 2 beds / 2 people allocated to each room), if you aren't coming with anyone, then you will be paired up with someone else. If you are coming with more friends in your group then 2, then we do have some rooms with 3 beds to keep you all together

• 3 x meals per day (buffet hot breakfast, lunch wrap / fully loaded sandwich and snacks, buffet dinner)

• Transport to and from the trails each day from the hotel accommodation

CAMPING / SELF SUPPORT:

• Kalso has several camping spots available if you google it

• Nelson has one small one in town then a massive one 15mins out of town at Kokanee Ck Park

• C$1,300 (approx US$950)

** Prices are INCLUSIVE of GST (but exclude 3.5% credit card fee). Canadians can choose to pay via e-transfer to avoid the credit card fee

CANCELLATION POLICY:

 ​

• 75% refund - up to May 1, 2026

• 50% refund - from May 1 to June 1, 2026

• 25% refund from June 1 to July 1, 2025

• NO REFUNDS after July 1, 2025
