PAYMENT OVERVIEW

Steps / Notes:

​

• Full payment for the All Inclusive Package is C$2,604 that includes the 5% GST tax 

  • A deposit of C$1,000 is due now and the remaining March 15th, 2019 (or pay in full now)

• Full payment for the Dirtbag Self Supported Package is C$1,155 including GST that is due now

• You have 2 options for payment - one is WITH Refund Protect and one is WITHOUT Refund Protect

• Refund Protect is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Know our cancellation policy (bottom of registration page)

• You can only choose to accept Refund Protect now at your first payment. It can not be added later

• Choose wisely. If you choose refund protect then it costs 3.5% on top of your registration fee

  • $41 for the Dirtbag Self Supported Package​​​

  • $92 for the All Inclusive Package (at which you pay when you pay your deposit payment)

REFUND PROTECT:

• Refund Protect is an additional option to your registration. They are a separate organization to Trans BC and we do not collect any commission from them. Its purely an added option so we can better help protect you of your entry fee's by increasing your chance of getting a refund if you have to cancel due to certain reasons as outlined in the policy below

• In the case of a cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, Refund Protect will provide you with a 100% direct refund straight to your bank account.
